The Top 25 Highest Grossing Tours Included Four Nashville Acts!

TS

In 2011, touring bands did well. . . At the end of every year Pollstar, Billboard and other groups put out a list of the highest grossing acts.

In ’11, Nashville dominated these lists. According to Billboard the four Nashville acts were Taylor Swift ( $97 million +), Kenny Chesney ($84 million +), Jason Aldean & Toby Keith (each $27 million +).

Some of the other Nashville groups that had some nice numbers were Kings of Leon, The Band Perry, Civil Wars plus quite a few more.

4 out of 25. . . good job!
